Adrian Ralph
FCA CTA – Director
Adrian trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 with a national firm of accountants and subsequently qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Adrian specialises in corporate auditing and taxation, both compliance and planning, as well as personal and trust taxation. His interests include worldwide travel, various music and fine dining.
Philip Wood
FCA – Director
Phil became a principal at Stanton Ralph in 2008, and is involved in business development and specialises in owner managed businesses.
Whilst training Phil achieved Trainee Chartered Accountant of the Year Award (Midlands) and went on to win the Young Chartered Accountant of the Year Award (Midlands) 2008. Phil has also been involved with the Birmingham Chartered Accountants (student society) and is currently on the committee for Young Chartered Accountants Group in Birmingham & the Midlands.
Darren Foot
FCA – Director
Darren is the newest member of the Stanton Ralph management team, joining the firm in April 2011. Darren qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and specialises in owner managed business with particular interests in management accounts, business start-ups and IT.
Outside of the office Darren is kept busy by his three children, but when spare time allows, enjoys reading history, watching all sports and playing the occasional game of football. Darren is also a parent governor at his children’s primary school.
